The editors at the Boston Globe BrandLab, the venerable newspaper’s new content marketing division, contacted me about a branded content story on the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health’s innovative RISE program. A visit to the gorgeous Kripalu campus to talk about a forward-thinking program that brings scientifically proven stress-reduction techniques to managers and employees in high-stakes industries? I didn’t need to be asked twice.

The resulting content marketing piece—which leans heavily on journalistic storytelling—was both fun and informative for me to work on, and helps shine a spotlight on the important work Kripalu is doing to create mindful communities.
