This is one of those content marketing assignments that has given me a window into a fascinating industry, and allowed to me to learn about a topic I probably never would have otherwise. Sherpa Report is a luxury travel and aviation website that’s like a digital encyclopedia of all things—and I mean all things—related to private jets. I’ve written eleven stories for Sherpa Report, including a pair of posts from a series linked here (two separate comparisons of major players in the private-aviation game), plus a stand-alone article on the New England Patriots’ enviable purchase of not one, but two fully decked-out jets.
Despite Sherpa Report’s having a typical reverse-chronological blog architecture, founder Nick Copley prefers a well-researched, fact-based approach to storytelling, rather than an opinion-focused or personal approach. This allows me to flex my journalistic and investigative skills, and I’m enjoying the deep dive into the luxury travel sphere.
But I still have one question: when do I get to fly on a private jet?
