I’ve worn a lot of storyteller hats over the years, but one of my all-time favorites is decor writing. So when the editor of Country Sampler asked me to write an article about fall decorating for their autum 2017 issue, I was all in.
This article, about an airplane bungalow in Kansas City that was given new life with a modern open floor plan, forward-thinking zero-scaping, and the creative use of reclaimed barnwood, was great fun to write, and gets a lot of attention from interior design aficionados.
