For Pine Cone Hill, a vibrant, regular email program has been one of the keys to significantly increased revenue. As the company’s email copywriter for several years, I was lucky to work on a wide variety of campaigns, from home decor to fashion, lifestyle, and luxury products. Tips-style emails are some of my favorite to work on, because they often give the customer new ideas for using a product in an unexpected way.
