The craft beverage movement in the Hudson Valley isn’t just big, it’s huge—yuge, even. From tiny artisanal distillers to large operations making more than 100,000 gallons of product each year, the region is rich in craft cider, wine, beer, and spirits. Food and drink represent some of my favorite assignments as a travel writer, and this story for Matador Network is no exception.
